Organic farming and food production is not always the easiest way of doing it  and takes real commitment and attention to detail.  The work is invariably backed up by rigorous, independent inspection and certification.

While many fruit and vegetable can be eaten without adding too much weight, the ten most common ones that you can eat a lot of without putting on too much weight are (see list below):
