TRAINING SYSTEMS are dealt with separately to DIETS. Where the diet has been designed or devised to regulate and specify the food consumption, such as "Low Carbs" we call it simply a DIET, but where there is some coaching, or lifestyle and exercise involved, that is a TRAINING system.
There are thousands of different training regimes which offer to help with losing weight. They are certainly NOT all the same, although some may be similar to some others.
It's impossible for anyone to check out all the available opportunities, so we have selected some of the easiest and 'best for value' ones and focused on those. We have carefully evaluated each of them, noted the effects the diets have and our findings are included in this web site.
There seem to be three main types of training to achieve Weight Loss.
- Mind conditioning
- Calorific regulation
- Physical exercise
The first two types of weight loss are dealt with in other sections.
Some of the training relies heavilly on mind reconditioning, encouraging the user to believe several concepts and have confidence in their own abilities and will power.
Some people call this HYPNOSIS, or autosuggestion. We have found that these DO work. We are currently evaluating several diets that rely largely on auto-suggestion, hypnosis and other forms of mind control.
So far we can report only that they DO work - as to how well we are still considering our findings, but the result will appear on the website shortly.
