Making healthy blueberry muffins for your breakfast sounds ideal, but regular muffins can add so many calories they could leave you feeling bloated and guilty. But not with these you won't!
Healthy blueberry breakfast muffins
Danette May has tweaked the recipe so that it has more healthy ingredients instead of bad ingredients, and all without losing an ounce of flavour! You will really enjoy these muffins, they taste really good and they won't make you feel sluggish or tired after eating them.
These bfreakfast muffins are made with grass fed butter, with milk from cows that have grazed out in fields, and not been fed on commercial 'feed' inside a barn. Similarly, the eggs, should be free range in order to get the natural goodness and taste good too.
Almond flour, coconut flower, brown rice flour can be used in this recipe. Danette will explain in the video above how you can mix and vary some of the ingredients, according to your own or your family's taste.
